Forest is Life
Post-doctoral research in primatology between Gembloux and Sao Paulo
Olivier Kaisin, a researcher at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech (ULiège), is carrying out post-doctoral research thanks to a grant of excellence awarded by Wallonie-Bruxelles International. This research is being carried out in collaboration with the CARE Forest is Life (TERRA-GxABT), supervised by Prof. Cédric Vermeulen, and the primatology laboratory of the State University of Sao Paulo (Brazil) directed by Prof. Laurence Culot.
Olivier Kaisin's research focuses on four emblematic primate species, living exclusively in the heart of Carlos Botelho Park. Olivier Kaisin seeks to understand how these species cohabit, sharing space and resources.
